If you are not satisfied with a purchased product and wish to return or exchange it, you may do so under certain conditions, including:<\/p>

  • Product defects (manufacturing or quality issues)<\/p><\/li>

  • The delivered product differs from the product displayed on our website<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    Conditions for Returns & Exchanges<\/strong><\/h2>

    To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must meet the following requirements:<\/p>

    • The product must be in the same condition as received: new, unused, and undamaged<\/p><\/li>

    • The product must be returned in its original packaging<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      Refunds & Cancellations<\/strong><\/h2>

      Once we receive your returned product, you will receive an email confirming receipt of the item.
      You will also be notified whether your refund request has been approved or rejected.<\/p>

      • The refund will be issued to your original payment method<\/p><\/li>

        We recommend contacting us and informing us of your intention to return the delivered product within 30 days<\/strong> of receiving your order.<\/p>

        Please note that the inspection and verification process to determine whether the return or exchange will be accepted (according to our terms) may take approximately 14 days<\/strong>.<\/p>

        Customized \/ Made-to-Order Items<\/strong><\/h2>

        Customized, personalized, or made-to-order items are not eligible for return or exchange<\/strong> once final approval has been granted by the customer.<\/p>

        This is because all specifications and execution details are shared and approved in advance to ensure the final product matches the customer\u2019s preferences before production begins.<\/p>

        VAT Note<\/strong><\/h2>

        Refunds for returned products do not include Value Added Tax (VAT)<\/strong>.<\/p>

        International Orders<\/strong><\/h2>

        We offer subsidized international shipping rates at checkout.<\/p>

        In the event of a return for an international order, the full delivery and return shipping costs will be deducted from the refundable amount.<\/p>
