If you are not satisfied with a purchased product and wish to return or exchange it, you may do so under certain conditions, including:
Product defects (manufacturing or quality issues)
The delivered product differs from the product displayed on our website
Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must meet the following requirements:
The product must be in the same condition as received: new, unused, and undamaged
The product must be returned in its original packaging
Refunds & Cancellations
Once we receive your returned product, you will receive an email confirming receipt of the item.
You will also be notified whether your refund request has been approved or rejected.
If approved:
The refund will be issued to your original payment method
Please note that the refund process may take up to 21 days
Return Notification & Inspection
We recommend contacting us and informing us of your intention to return the delivered product within 30 days of receiving your order.
Please note that the inspection and verification process to determine whether the return or exchange will be accepted (according to our terms) may take approximately 14 days.
Customized / Made-to-Order Items
Customized, personalized, or made-to-order items are not eligible for return or exchange once final approval has been granted by the customer.
This is because all specifications and execution details are shared and approved in advance to ensure the final product matches the customer’s preferences before production begins.
VAT Note
Refunds for returned products do not include Value Added Tax (VAT).
International Orders
We offer subsidized international shipping rates at checkout.
In the event of a return for an international order, the full delivery and return shipping costs will be deducted from the refundable amount.
The total deduction is 20% of the total order value
